Blackboard has confirmed this issue has been resolved.
iLearn appears to be returning to normal operation at this time. We are continuing to monitor UC’s iLearn environment to ensure the issue has been resolved.
Blackboard experienced a service interruption for a subset of clients in the US East Region which affected UC’s iLearn environment. Blackboard Support is working to resolve the issue.
UC is currently experiencing an unplanned outage of iLearn/Blackboard. We will provide an update as soon as we have more information.
